MADISON – Bankruptcy attorneys from across the state awarded Randall R. Saxton from Saxton Law, PLLC with the group’s highest honor on Thursday evening. Mr. Saxton was awarded the American Institute of Bankruptcy Attorneys (AIOBA) “10 Best” Award for Client Satisfaction, given annually to attorneys who have achieved unparalleled success but most importantly have done so for the benefit of their client.

“I am honored to receive this award from my respected colleagues and I am proud of the work that we have accomplished through AIOBA,” Mr. Saxton said. “Many attorneys can achieve high degrees of success but this is often times at the expense or satisfaction of the most important person in the case- the client.”

Hanis in presenting the award. “His dedication, judgment, and hands-on approach to the office have made the attorneys with whom he has worked, as well as AIOBA as an association, better in numerous and important ways.”

“Randall deserves to be recognized with this award for his willingness to take on a myriad of responsibilities that were of tremendous benefit to the organization,” said Mr. Best. “Despite philosophical differences he might have had with colleagues, as we all do, Randall was always cordial and professional and always looking for ways to bridge differences to arrive at a means to move forward.”
